GO Sleeves are not effective without a snug, yet comfortable fit. If you require an exchange please make a request within 45 days of purchase. If you require an exchange please email Customer Support and provide your Order Number as well as the size you would like to try. We will enter a replacement order, and your shipment will also include a pre-paid return label to send the other sleeves back to us for donation.
Wash your GO Sleeves as normal in cold water and air dry. Do not machine dry your GO Sleeves.

GO Sleeves are easier to apply, less expensive, reusable, and stay in place. However, some conditions may require a specific taping pattern.
Studies show that compression sleeves help with lymphatic acid promotion, which helps with recovery and rehabilitation. However, please feel free to check with your doctor.

We ship USPS First class mail. Larger orders are shipped Priority Mail.

Be sure to clean the surface of the skin before & after wearing GO Sleeves.
We've seen that substances like oils or lotions can aggressively push and rub that substance into your skin, clogging your follicles, so it's important to wash the sleeves on a regular basis and keep them clean and free from bacteria.
Allergic reaction to silicone is very rare and mostly created by the substance that is already on the skin.
Reduce the number of hours wearing the sleeve in Active Mode. We recommend wearing GO Sleeves one hour at a time until you get used to them, then increasing wear time gradually.
Alternate between ACTIVE and RECOVERY modes.
ACTIVE Mode means wearing GO Sleeves with the KInesiology Strips on the inside, touching the skin above the ligaments, for maximum support & performance.
RECOVERY Mode simply means wearing GO Sleeves with the Kinesiology Strips on the outside (i.e. the sleeve is turned inside-out). This aids in recovery after a strenuous workout, or to relieve pain but allows the skin to breathe and relax from being in Active Mode.
Make sure your skin is clear of oils and lotions prior to wearing GO Sleeves for your workout. Take care to use body washes, clothing detergent, etc. that will not cause any skin reactions. Since GO Sleeves accelerate blood flow, it’s important to avoid introducing any substances that may cause a reaction to your skin or your sleeve.
Machine wash and air dry your GO Sleeves. Even after months of washing and air drying, you will find GO Sleeves return to their original shape!
After every workout or activity, or anytime you’re washing your workout clothes. Wash your GO Sleeves with zero concern! They will hold up and retain their performance.
Wear your GO Sleeve roughly 30 minutes before your activity to warm up your muscles, ligaments and tendons for activity. This is similar to stretching activities.
Be sure to do dynamic stretches before workout, and static stretches after, to help lactic drainage and blood flow.
Don't wait for pain - wear your sleeves before you do an activity. Whether you are a fan of our Calf Sleeves or Knee Sleeves, you can wear them during activity to prevent injury or pain. Many people find great relief & recovery with GO Sleeve after sustaining an injury, but they should be used as an aid in injury prevention as well.
Wear the sleeves in Recovery Mode after your workout is done.
Simply turn your sleeves inside out, so the silicone strips face out. This is called RECOVERY mode. We recommend up to 2 hours in RECOVERY mode, or alternating between ACTIVE and RECOVERY modes on an hourly basis if you have an injury causing any pain or inflammation.
