Are GO Sleeves worth it?
There are other brands out there that are more expensive but don’t have near the features of our sleeves. Our patented technology provides the full benefits of Kinesiology taping and Compression at a much lower price. If you wanted to invest in a piece of technology that will keep you mobile and allow you to have a full range of movement, pain free - then this is the solution for you.
Are these better than Kinesiology Tape?
While Kinesiology Tape does provide some people with relief, it has drawbacks as well:
- Difficult to Self Apply - a Coach, trainer or your PT would need to be on hand to do this.
- Not Reusable
- Not Consistently Sticky
What about compression sleeves & knee braces?
- Some users also find relief, but again there are limitations:
- No Kinesiology Benefits
- Comfort vs Support Tradeoffs
- Limited Pain Management Benefits
- Too bulky - restricts movement and you cannot put pants over them
- Neoprene Sleeves are not breathable, attract bacteria and - they literally stink!

Will GO Sleeves products help with arthritis?
Yes this is exactly why we built them. GO Sleeves relieve joint pain and stiffness caused by arthritis.
Knees are especially susceptible to pain, injury, and arthritis – specifically osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and post-traumatic arthritis. Today, osteoarthritis is not just a disease affecting older adults. The percentage of young people with symptoms is growing, including those who lead sedentary lifestyles or participate in high impact sports. Obesity, wear and tear of the ligaments, loss of cartilage, and injuries – all contribute to the onset of arthritis.
While there is no cure for arthritis, staying active while wearing our sleeves can keep the muscles around affected joints strong and can help control joint swelling and pain.

Who should NOT use GO Sleeves?
Please note that the inside of GO Sleeves contain silicone strips that will come in direct contact with your skin.
In very rare cases, direct contact with Silicone can cause irritation and the usual cause is a substance like lotion, oils, soap, or sweat becoming trapped in the follicles when the silicone is on the skin for long periods of time.
We therefore encourage you to limit the amount of time you wear your GO Sleeves to no more than 4 hours in "Active mode" (silicone inside) during activity such as walking, running, working out; up to 6 hours of "Recovery and Rehab mode" (wearing the sleeve inside out).
Wiping the silicone with warm water and a paper towel should remove any oily substance from previous use.
True silicone allergies tend to be very rare, but if you are noticing a red, raised rash that is limited to just the silicone strips, please discontinue use of the Sleeve immediately or try wearing the sleeve inside out.
